Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope each piece serves as a meaningful companion in
your time in the Word. If something is not as expected, we are
here to help.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@abuzz.com.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if you would like to request a different variation.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads
• Used items
• Customized or personalized items
• Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
